Beautiful and quiet hotel with an excellent location. Step outside the front door and you’re inside the vibrant market. While inside, the street noise is completely unnoticeable.

Saying the staff was wonderful is an understatement. Staff members, including the owner, were always visible and eager to help or answer any questions we had. Everyone was so approachable and genuinely friendly. We were supplied a cell phone upon arrival with preloaded maps for navigating the city. It also had the owner’s personal number if we needed anything, got lost, or had any questions while out during the day.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Riad Dar Anika is perfection. From the wonderful staff to the beautiful decor and ambiance, it truly made our stay in Marrakech simply marvelous. Upon arrival our host, Antonio greeted us with a map and cellphone which he loaned us to make sure that we could always find our way and be in touch. The entire staff was terrific, helpful and friendly. Every time we returned from a day of sight seeing we were met with either a cold beverage or mint tea. There was nothing they would not to do for us from making reservations, finding us cars, booking tours and giving suggestions and recommendations. There is nothing better then staying in a Riad to ensure that you get the true Morocco experience but I am sure that Riad Dar Anika is one of the best in town.

Having never been to Marrakech and hearing such varied stories from friends who had been before, we had no idea what to expect but finding and choosing Dar anika genuinely was the best possible choice we could’ve made. All the reviews praising the staff, in addition to the beautiful photos we found online confirmed this would be the place for us to stay. They were even offering a discount for booking directly with them! The price offered was far more palatable than what we were finding on Expedia which made it that much easier to relax and enjoy our time away :)

This level of value we received simply CAN NOT be found anywhere else, everything from the smartphone we were given at the start (which had any important numbers already on there; the manager, reception and driver to name a few) to the packed lunch we received on our way to the airport, all our needs were taken care of before we even knew we had them! Not to mention the additional discount we received due to my partner insisting on paying in cash, what a lovely surprise!

So a big thank you to all the staff and the manager Antoni for all the effort put into making our stay so perfect. We have already recommended you to all our friends on Facebook and will be making a return visit as soon as we can!

Very friendly welcome - the owner will give everyone a quick intro with tips where to go and also what not to do! On - Top, all rooms are equipped with a Mobile Phone, so should anything go wrong, or you feel lost in the Medina, you can always call the hotel.

I can only recommend this amazing hotel/ Riad. It's perfectly situated in the Medina/ old town, very clean and nicely decorated. This hotel is a next to the visit of the city a stand-alone experience. Every employee is very kind, attentive, decent ... (from hammam woman, receptionist, waiters, hotel manager to the car drivers). The best thing, however, was the breakfast. Bread and pancakes is freshly baken in front of you, fresh fruits, soup, cake, Joghurt, eggs... best orange juice not to forget :-)
We arrived in the morning and were invited to have breakfast at once. We even got a mobile phone in case we got lost in town. I could write so much more, but to summ up it was the gratest place I've ever been. My husband and me will hopefully come again!

Room Tip: all rooms are lovely
