We are still staying here and I do rate it 5* due to rooms, pool and pool entertainment! Ladiea and guys working there are so kind and payed lots of attention to entertain our daughter which she enjoyed alot and we had so much time to relax. The pool was clean and always ready. I loved water excersices! Its fun! Rooms were so comfy especially beds:) the WORST ever part was breakfast. Who can eat a bowl of plain grated cabbage and grayed cucumber for breakfast?? At least add some dressing in it... pastries not fresh for the 5 days we were there... i suggest some live cooking of omelette at least... moroccan pancakes were nice but that all we found eadable....

Modern centrally located hotel, rooms were serviceable, with a huge garden, loverly pool and Lobby. Main issue is the disorganized poor service in the Resturant, waiters arguing with each other (maybe the stress of Ramadan) and they processed no customer 'seeing eye'. Breakfast food choice & quality was terrible. Would go again.....but not at Ramadan!

Stayed here in June on a Thursday and Friday.

PROS: The hotel is in good location (close to main square and the limited tourist bars), it has modern and spacious bedrooms. It was quiet this time of year and was very reasonably priced. The staff were also friendly.

CONS: they do not seem to have enough staff (room service may not answer your calls for a while), rooms are nice but do have a bit of noticeable wear and tear, there was construction underway at breakfast area when I was there. The gym and fitness area were poor, weights equipment was broken and room had no air con working.

Overall, I would recommend this place, comfortable and good value for money.

Our room was tastefully furnished in black and cream.
There was a small amount of normal wear and tear, not perfect, but definitely nothing to complain about.
It was a pleasant change to have a fridge, tv and safe.
It was a really good bathroom with a lovely big shower.

The room had a balcony. No chairs, but you could probably use the chairs from the room, weather permitting.
Good wifi
Oh so quiet air conditioning!

The room service and restaurant prices were a bit on the high side.
Our room had a great view facing the pool and gardens.

The hotel did not have much local flavour and except for the palm trees could have been a hotel anywhere in the world which was a bit disappointing.
