We ate here twice this week for lunch. The service was quick and the waiters polite. The prices are very reasonable.

The food was served within a reasonable amount of time. We started with a heaping plate of 2 types of olives, one with some peppers and one type without. They were excellent. Next came 200 grams of mixed meats- kefta, heart and liver from lamb, and lamb chop. We ordered vegetables with the main dish but most people around had fries. The meat was charcoal grilled and was delicious. We had a tea before leaving, which was also great. On the second visit, we honed in on the kefta and lamb skewers (200gm each for 2 people). Excellent and quite enough for lunch.

On our second visit, we forgot our ipad on the table- unbelievable, but true. More unbelievable, but true, was some hours later, our hotel manager called them and they had put the ipad aside for us! We arrived back at the restaurant and they recognized us and just asked my husband to put the code in to unlock the screen, before they gave it to us which was smart. We offered them some money, which they adamantly refused. It was very honest and kind. We were relieved and really pleased with this kind treatment and would highly recommend this restaurant and will probably have another meal there!

We stopped for lunch with a large group. This is a local restaurant. I had 400 grams of grilled lamb chops (80 dirham or $8). It was a very large portion. The chops were thin with bone in. They were delicious. My wife had the lamb skewers. They were also very tasty. He had 2 orders of French fries, a coke light & a bottled water. The whole bill was $13. The service was very good.

This was one of the best lunches we've had in Morocco. The prices were so inexpensive. Fantastic meal.

Clean and reasonably priced but all a bit rushed. Very popular with tour guides bringing groups and families. Closed Fridays.

Even though we stay at an all inclusive hotel, we always make to time to eat at Oscar Progress. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. It's a cafe diner style and used by locals. I had the kofta tagine with chips and a morrocan salad, which is served with home made bread. Very cheap and tasty. The cafe is located 5 mins walk down the left hand side of the Post Office in the main Djemma el fna square.
