This place is quite hard to find and it felt quite daunting walk through the narrow dark streets following some random guy who kindly showed us to the front door. We were however warmly welcomed by the lovely staff working there and the owner introduced himself during our breakfast the following morning, offering info on car rental (upon our request) and day trip options. This riad is around a 10 minute walk to Jemaa el Fnaa, which is the central square of Marrakech. The rooms were nicely decorated with warm showers and clean bedding, what more do you need? The only down side is, you are not provided with a key to the main front door, therefore you have to ring the bell every time you want to enter - waking up the poor lady working there at all hours of the night!

Everything was PERFECT. Riad Abjaou is new and is really nice, the room was in typical moroccan stile with private moder bathroom, very clean, there is beautiful terrace on the roof with small swimming pool. The hosts were very nice, friendly and helpful, they welcomed us with typical moroccan tea, they offered for us moroccan dinner also (for good price) which was realy delicious, the breakfast was very tasty.

Stayed here 2 nights. It's a nice place and staff were friendly. Were offered mint tea on arrival. Room was small but nice, bathroom ok. Breakfast was good.
Women didn't speak other than arabic, I guess, but we understood each other with signs and good will. Difficult to find, but there are signs which make the task a bit easier.
