What a beautiful spot! The staff are especially accommodating and sweet. The riad is gorgeous, clean and comfortable and the location is quiet and safe. There are wonderful rooftop decks and an eagle's nest to enjoy a rest and city views. This will be my first choice on a return to Marrakech. Loved it.

Riad is very beautiful and clean. The staff is super kind, very helpful and warm. They were very helpful to us, by booking different trips. Breakfast was great, and service is more personal, witch gives you the feeling like you are at home.
They have a great terrace on the roof, with nice view.
Overall experience was excellent. If we come back to Marrakech, we would definitely like to stay in this Riad again.

The riad is quiet and not far from the main square. We stayed four nights and had a lovely comfortable room. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast good. We would definitely go back again.

We were a family of four (daughters 14 and 11) traveling to Morocco for the first time. Upon our arrival in Marrakesh, we were booked at another Riad which was not a good experience. We were able to move over to Riad Anya the second night of our stay. They sent a man over with a wagon to transport our bags. Upon entering the Riad, it felt like a breath of fresh air. It was beautiful, clean, quiet and peaceful. We were greeted by our hostess with a smile, tea and cookies. While they prepared our rooms, she sat down with us to talk about the area and how to handle shop owners and street vendors who want to haggle you. Her advise came in handy several times.

Once we got in our room, we asked if they could wash some of our clothing which they kindly did for a reasonable price. Our rooms were spacious, clean, well set up and beautiful. The roof top looked over the gardens of the most expensive hotel in Morocco, built by the king. It was a little bit of peace hidden away from the brain overload of the Marrakesh Medina.

We also asked our hostess where she recommends we eat lunch and dinner. She gave us a map and circled a few places. We navigated the medina quite well with the map and found our lunch spot. She made dinner reservations for us at le Jardin that evening, which we loved.

The next morning we were served a light breakfast of local breads, fruit, orange juice and tea. I will be recommending Riad Anya to friends who will be visiting Marrakesh in the near future.

Room tip: We had a room on the second floor and one of the roof top. Both were lovely. I do not think you can go wrong with any of the rooms.

I stayed at Riad Anya in the first half of December, either side of a Mt. Toubkal trip. I was welcomed with a mint tea and shown to lovely room which opened into a central courtyard. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, including a heater. As a solo traveller, I enjoyed the courtyard area where there is plenty of comfortable seating. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and helped with booking a private guide to show me around Marrakesh. This was my first time to Marrakesh and the main square and souks can be quite overwhelming!
