Owner description: The riad-museum Le Jardin Secret is one of the largest and most ancient palaces of the medina of Marrakech. It is a place that has kept ancient structures intact that are of an extraordinary cultural value, linked to the art of gardens, architecture and Arab hydraulics. Popularly known as Riad Loukrissi, it has been the sumptuous residence of the Qaid U-Bihi who was the head of the Haha tribe. The riad rises up in the Mouassine quarter (on the main thoroughfare and but a few steps away from the Mouassine fountain and Mouassine Mosque), and comprises two large gardens and one of the highest towers of the medina. The museum provides you with a wealth of historical information about Marrakech's architecture, water, and gardens. You will also find a boutique, a bookshop and two cafes inside Le Jardin Secret. The cafes offer you up fresh, homemade products that you can eat in lush and peaceful settings.
Useful Information: Baby buggy parking, Bathroom facilities, Lockers / storage, Wheelchair access, Food available for purchase

Very beautiful place. It is a garden with wonderful tiles. Inside there is just a Cafe. I would recommend visiting this place.

Small gardens with a place to have coffee or a snack. More than the gardens what is interesting is the story of the restoration of the site.

If you are tired of the hustle in the Medina, The Secret Garden is a great escape. It´s full of trees, lavender, and other flowers along with 4 fountains with benches. There is a great roof top cafe overlooking the garden where they make amazing virgin mojitos :-)
This is really worth a visit and not crowded with tourists like the Majorelle Garden. Don´t miss it :-)

Get away from the motorcycles spewing fumes into the streets of the Medina and enjoy an amble through these beautifully restored gardens. There is a cafe and an interesting film about the renovation. Only opened in 2016 after 4 years f hard work.

A lovely hidden gem in the centre of Marrakech. Serene and peaceful. A little more expensive than other attractions, but worthwhile and you really must pay the extra and go up the tower.
