The hotel was quite nice, lobby and buffet breakfast was good too. The room was comfortable but a tad small, but if you're only sleeping there it doesn't really matter. Was not bothered by street noise.

Near the centre and boulevards.
Traditional interior, clean room, big enough, Good bathroom and equipment. A good elevator and Wifi in the rooms. Restaurant no remarks, Breakfast and dinner of good quality. Service pleasant and ok. Good Airco.

Mixed review really, lovely hotel, comfortable, staff were lovely, helpful, kind. But..... it was so noisy, cars beeping all day and night, people staying there were noisy through the night, banging doors and shouting. Sleep deprivation really kicked in.
However, like I said, the people working there were lovely and I cant fault them

This is a very modern hotel for Moroccan standards. The hotel is situated just about a kilometer from the Borj shopping mall in Fes. You can easily access western style restaurants if you want to. Its also just a walk to the local carrefour supermarket should you need to make purchases. The hotel is very clean and has free wifi even in the rooms. Breakfast is typical Moroccan breakfast. There is a buffet style dinner restaurant if you wish to eat inside the hotel, otherwise, local cheaper restaurants are also accessible on foot. The hotel also has a bar offering alcoholic drinks for most of the day, with a club from 12am, so you really don't have to go out of the hotel if you don't want to. The bar has live performers as well as access to western soccer matches e.g. EPL. The good thing about the bar is that local people also come and hang out, so you can really mix with the locals.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel during our trip around Morocco. It's located in New Town close to Carrefour market. You can tour Fes from there on foot or order taxi. Very pleasant rooms and lobby, very enjoyable food. Wifi works mostly in the lobby. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom. Lots of smalls stores and food stalls around, as well as 1 bar with alcohol, but don't go there especially if you are a lady. If you need to buy beer or wine, go to Carrefour nearby, they have alcohol department on the floor below carrefour. You can buy local wines, also variety of grey wine. Much cheaper than hotel.
