Hi, I am 30+yr old female - stayed here for 1 night. Per night should set you back no more than $60AUD/45USD.

This hotel is located within walkable distance to the mall Borj Fes (15mins) and the Avenue Hassan II strip (10mins).
There are money exchange agents and laundry services located within minutes.

Pros:
- Very modern rooms without the outlandish Moroccan decor
- Friendly & professional staff (guest relations lady was getting customer feedback)
- Standard breakfast buffet eg boiled eggs, olives, bread, tomato, cucumber & the laughing cow you will see at every Moroccan hotel breakfast etc
- The shower did not flood at this hotel
- The showerhead and water pressure above average
- There is a hotel bar that serves alcohol! It is a very dark & shady bar but offers standard alcoholic drinks with complimentary nuts and olives.
- No noise issues

Cons:
- Note for the ladies - hairdryers are not a standard item at any 3star hotel in Morocco - take your own.
- Coffee/Tea/Mini bar is not a standard service in Morocco (unless 5star), so don't expect it.
- The beds are hard and flat. This is normal for a ~3star in Morocco.
- Wifi was very weak in our room so available in the lobby only

I would stay here again. The modern decor was a nice break from the busy Moroccan theme.

Safe travels

This hotel had much promise ...the wifi , the attractive modern room ....but there were many cons...the wifi didn't work in our room, the water temperature was low, the lovely big bed had a prominent sag to the middle, the location is not attractive although close to the big Champs Élysées of Fes. I. wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone booking separately, it was included in our tour. There must be better in Fes. That said, there is a bar and liquor is served in the restaurant. The staff are very nice.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a group tour. Standard budget hotel. Helpful staff. Good breakfast and reasonably priced bar. Only negative is was it was abit noisy because of the nightclub which stays open until 3am. Overall though a good budget hotel in the new part of town.

The hotel was more modern than some of the character hotels we had been staying in. The area was just off the main street which had lots of cafes, convienence stores and shops. The beds were big and so was the bathroom, nice tile floors. The spa was not as great as we had hoped, and the bar was a bit daunting - but that's Morocco! Still nice to have the option of a glass of wine at the end of the day

Room tip: Away from the side of the hotel with the club/bar - very loud on the weekends

I stayed here with a tour group, but it seemed as though everyone in the hotel was on a tour of some sort. This was ok, but made for a very busy lobby area (wifi).

Breakfast was fine - standard for Morocco with bread, eggs, pastries, jams, and some salad things. Coffee was the best yet I've had in Morocco.

The first night I slept very well, but the second night I was woken up early in the morning from a group leaving the hotel. My room was at the top of the stairs/near the elevator, so had a lot of traffic outside of it. The acoustics are not advantageous.

Location is close enough to the medina and you're able to walk to find food for lunch/dinner or small stores for snacks and water.
