We stayed here for 2 nights, the room was average fairly clean and tidy bathroom. The first night out air conditioner didn't work continuously turning off after a few minutes of being on. The following day we asked for it to be fixed and even after then it wasn't again we ask. That night we requested we move rooms as we had no sleep and it was 40+ degrees. This was not an easy process as they wanted to send someone up to fix it again, eventually we got another room with a working aircon.

Breakfact was very average, as we were advise not to drink their local water we could have any of there juices or some foods as they were placed ontop or in ice piles.
Mostly bad pastries and pancakes.

Room Tip: Any room with working aircon!!!

Hotel is within easy walking distance to the main square. The rooms are a reasonable size and have good en suites and a T V. Breakfast is served from 6.30am and there are plenty of restaurants around the area.

This hotel was a bit tired and did not appear to be in a safe area and was a long way from the medina and other attractions. Security was good and the staff seemed OK. Our room was comfortable and the shower water was hot. There was one small lift but the stairs were good. Breakfast was satisfactory. You are not going to spend too much time in your room when a city like Fes. We were there in Ramadan but the bar was still open and serving reasonably priced drinks. There was a good restaurant over the road which was quite good.

The room was clean enough but it was not well maintained. Paint was not quite to the edges, everything looked a bit slap dash. The air conditioner had no remote, just an on off button. If you wanted the temperature changed you had to call reception to send someone up with the remote.

Breakfast was quite poor with dried out scrambled eggs and a few selections of breads. Not worth a look.

Wifi was good with reasonable download speeds.

The hotel is in a part of town that seemed very run down. Not much open after hours and dark streets. It did not feel very safe outside the hotel.

Room Tip: You could probably do better

Stayed here as part of a tour through Morocco.

Smallish rooms but perfectly adequate for the length of time we were going to be spending in them.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a lift to get you up to the floors.

Not a bad place to stay in Fes.
