Nice and lovely experience at this hotel! With very kindly attendings, my experience over there can’t had be better! Besides that, it was the best breakfast of my life! We enjoy very much every second of this wonderful experience!

We came as a family to this riad. There were six of us and they took such good care uf us. My husband broke his leg before we came and they were so quick to help, jumping up when they saw us coming down to get his wheelchair. The last night we were there they served us dinner on the balcony. It was late when we ordered dinner, (10pm)we didn’t realize what time it was. It took a long time to get there, it’s a small place and the people who work there live there. We probably had to wake people up! We got our food at 11 at night. That’s how nice they were. When the food got there it was so good and so fun we quit feeing bad!! It was just our family and our last night in Morocco. So memorable. Thanks.

we stayed here a couple of nights in april 2018 and i can't absolutely understand the pisitive reviews of this place. service was totally approximative to be generous, breakfast cold and burnt, we waited 20 minutes in the morning befoee we received a coffee. the shower and the bathroom in the suite are from the '50s and the hairdressers also. they simply do not know what running a b&b is. no idea. there are plenty of places in fes, choose another one

Benkirane A, Gérant at Palais d'Hotes Suites & Spa Fes, responded to this reviewResponded 28 April 2018

Dear Rrtrue,

As a manager, I'm very disappointed reading your comments even if there is many points to clarify.

1- We don't have any hairdressers in our establishment !! did you really stay in Palais d'Hotes Suites & Spa Fes or another Riad??

2- The 2 buildings are from '50s (it was a family houses at that time) but the building as a hotel and riad started in 2008 and all restored in 2017!! So how can you write that the bathroom is from '50s ??? you can see pictures on internet !!!

3- Concerning the breakfast, I didn't receive any claim or reclamation due to late service, did you really stay in Palais d'Hotes Suites & Spa Fes??

4-As a custumer, I can understand that you don't like Palais d'Hotes Suites & Spa (breakfast services & bathroom from '50s) but how and who are you to judge my management and capacities to run my B&B or Hotel? and why you didn't specify it during your supposed stay!

The concept of Riad is different from hotel, it's old houses in a 1200 years old city of FES classed by UNESCO as World Heritage in 1981.

Dear supposed customer, many points from your comments are not clears and exacts proving that you are a fake guest and you had never stay in Palais d’Hotes Suites & Spa Fes

Bests regards from the millinery Cities of Fes,

M. Abdelkader Benkirane

This was the best Riad we stayed in in Morocco. The views from the roof terrace across the city Medina was epic; the staff were super friendly; the room was spacious, clean and comfortable; the shower was very good and we had a bath tub too.

We had a turkish bath and massage which was also excellent and very relaxing.

The only negative was speed of service at breakfast. Having been asked to state our desired breakfast time slot, the service was largely a lot of faffing around - laying the table and bringing the breakfast items one by one and very slowly. Therefore on both days we ended up eating breakfast between 30 and 45 mins after our desired time. Not ideal if you have a packed day ahead or need to get somewhere.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with bath tub - big spacious room with great view of the pool below

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Riad. The staff was always very friendly and helpful with sightseeing places to visit. Absolutely recommend to have breakfast on the roof top with a nice overlook of old Médina to start your day
