Such a nice hotel with excellent friendly staff who go out of their way to help you and make you feel at home. The hotel is such a nice contrast from the outside which is so busy and hectic. The receptionist is very charismatic and helpful in making the stay special, the housekeeper is really friendly and went out of her way to show us some good shops and the chef and concierge were excellent too. Could not recomend more!

Room tip: Nice terrace, smoking friendly, breakfast included

The staff here are so hospitable and lovely, they made me feel so comfortable especially since this was my first time here in Morocco. The staff were accommodating and offered us food even though the kitchen was closed. the whole place had a homely feel to it and each and every single person in the riad were a character of their own, all bubbly and friendly. The hotel itself is extremely clean and stunningly beautiful, something out of a fairytale. The food was absolutely lovely, breakfast was included, it consisted of a variety of different moroccan style foods which were simply delectable. The stay was so amazing the first night that we had to come back again. I will highly recommend this hotel to others and will definitely come back to the hotel.

Room tip: best views, terrace, smoke friendly

Spent two nights here on our recent trip to Morocco and it was an absolute delight. The riad is a beautiful space, light-filled and dotted with lovely antiques and handicrafts. We were given the Oud suite which boasted a double bed, spacious bathroom and lovely balcony overlooking the main courtyard. Location is very central and just a few minutes from Place Rcif and within walking distance to the key Medina sights.

The service, however, was what truly elevated the experience. We were warmly greeted with mint tea and snacks and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our preferences. They arranged dinner at a restaurant of our choice at short notice and helped us tell the taxi driver exactly where to go, served us an early breakfast on the rooftop terrace so we could leave for our tour of Meknes and Volubilis and ensured that we made the most out of the short time we had in Fez. A quintessential riad experience and very gughky recommended.

My husband and I stayed in Burj Dahab for 3 nights in Fes.
We found this nice Hotel on Booking.com and after reading the positive Reviews we decided to give it a try and we weren't disappointed.
It is a Riad owned by a morrocon Family.
The rooms are really big, decortaed nicely and was really clean.
Nour and Hanan welcomed us with warm smiles and Hot mint tea and made us feel like home.
We arranged as well through the  Riad some trips for good prices.
The breakfast was good with typical morrocon Tea/Coffee with bread, olives, jams..etc.
What was a really big plus for us that the Riad has a good location in the old Medina. Only two minutes walking from the point where the Taxies stop.
All in all it was a really nice stay in a really beautiful Riad.
Thank you Nour for the nice Birthday surprise. Really made my day ❤❤
And thank you for the Staff of BurjDahab for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

My review is a little dated as I stayed at Riad-Boutique Borj Dhab Fez in October of 2016, but this just speaks to how amazing our stay was and how incredibly helpful the staff were that it would be unjust not to leave a glowing review. On our way from the desert to Fes, Nour (she's just amazing!) had whatsapped us to give us directions and to ensure we had a smooth check in and arrival. The riad itself was so luxurious and absolutely gorgeous once we arrived, my boyfriend and I had a great stay here. Breakfast was decadent and prepared us for a day of exploration in Fez. The staff also helped us arrange for a day tour around Fes, an introductory body scrub and massage, and transit to the airport and all at reasonable and fair prices.

Due to my poor planning skills, we had originally planned a night in Chefchaouen but did not realize the bus was unable to accommodate us on our original travel itinerary until we were in Fes. Nour was so gracious in speaking to our hotel in Chefchaouen to explain the situation (since they did not speak English well) and to help us make alternate travel arrangements to get up to Chefchaouen. I am extremely grateful for Nour for going above and beyond to ensure our stay in Morocco was pleasant and smooth. In Morocco where you can run into more than your fair share of unpleasantries from overzealous salesmen, the team at Riad Borj Dhab is a fond memory of our travels in Morocco.

If you need a peaceful retreat from the busy streets of Fes, I highly recommend this riad.
