Riad Jamais is a marvellous little hotel, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Don't be put off by the outside - upon arrival it can look a little scary - but once inside you will be made to feel so welcome. Mohammed and his staff could not do enough to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. He was a wealth of information, and went out of his way to be helpful. The room was a little small, and the bathroom only had a curtain, instead of a door, but it was clean and comfortable. Definitely great value for money and we would recommend staying here if this is your first visit to Fez.

The night before arriving we booked the chocolate suite by phone but when we arrived Mohammed told us someone else booked it at the same time we did online so gave us a very small vanilla room.

We met the people who were in the chocolate Suite and they told us they booked in advance 3 months ago.

We were not impressed.

The pool in the pictures is also not heated and the children were shivering in it.

Also the part of the old City that this Hotel is in is absolutely not safe.

If you want more than a snack anywhere around it you have to take a taxi.

This Hotel was a very bad choice. The building is very nice. It does not have a front desk but a room with a cheap table and chair. Not what I would consider close to a front desk.

The pictures are nice but it appears the owners are suckling every Dirham out of the place and not investing in the Hotel.

The best of the place was the team taking care of their guests, thank you to Yasinne and Mohammed for helping to organise all activities I wanted to do.

My room was comfortable and very clean and I recommend to have dinner there as food was yummy!!!

Excellent value for money.

Small recommendation: to boost wifi signal at the top level

Road Jamaï is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are very clean and big. The rooftop is beautiful and probably one of the highest up in fes so you can see most of the city. You can also eat in the road if you let them know early. The riad is about 15 min walk to the town centre and it is very quiet.

Mohammed and his staff are absolutely amazing and they will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. My girlfriend lost her camera charger and they went out the next day whilst we were on your and found one in the marketplace.. just amazing!

Definitely make an effort to stay here on your next visit to fes!

Riad Jamai is close to Fez Town, the crew is so helpful...!! They helped us from the first second we arrive. The ambient is quiet, relaxed and appropiate for all type of groups. The beds are comfortable, breakfast is included and amazing tastes. Also you can have dinner and lunch.
