I genuinly thought i had arranged a mobility scooter thro my hotel. No they thought it was a bike scooter. I was trapped and stuck in my room. I came across this company who were very very helpful and stuck with me patiently till i had delivary. Jeremy himself answered countless questions in emails to ensure i was safe and sorted. It really did save our holiday.

This was a really lucky find - we hadn’t thought to check out a service like this until we arrived. My wife usually uses a rolling walking frame, and can get around with this, but we spotted someone on a mobility scooter an wondered if it would be possible to hire one to save her energy, though we didn’t really expect it would. We soon found Morocco Accassible Travel and spoke with Jeremy, who was incredibly helpful both in arranging for the hire of the scooter, which was delivered to our hotel, and with suggesting accessible accommodation in Marrakech, which was excellent. We’ll definitely be using their services next time we visit Morocco!

We are so glad that our trip in Morocco was arranged by MAT, represented by Jeremy, a very nice guy who paid detailed attention to our needs. We would have been lost if we had to do everything by ourselves. In addition, we had a very wonderful driver, Hassan, highly recommended to everyone if you have the choice. He speaks English well, and served us very well, always going beyond the call of duty. He was very pleasant, committed and dedicated to us. He always went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We only have compliments for him!

Considering the arthritis my wife has suffered for years, and knowing that we had access to Jeremy as a physiotherapist within reach if needed, made us feel safe and secure.
Jeremy and his team were very knowledgeable about Marrakech and Fes, the two places we wanted to see, and were very helpful throughout. We met Jeremy personally, had a great time chatting with him and felt that he was a very genuine person. We highly recommend MAT to everyone who wants to visit Morocco.

It was a pleasure meeting you both during your time in Fes. It was a joy getting to sit and chat with you. We are delighted that you traveled with us. We agree that Hassan does an excellent job and really takes very good care of our guests. We continue to affirm the fact that the driver makes a huge difference for making tour successful. We needed a driver to take us to all the acessible sites in Morocco. Morocco Accessible Travel was the perfect option. They provided us with the perfect tour. Both Mosques and palaces as well as Synagogues, and ancient Roman sites as well as high end restaurants and the best Riads and hotels. The driver seemed to be there when we needed him and we never waited long for a pedestrian special guide to travel through the mellahs and souks. They waited patiently while we shopped and stayed at our special interest sites. There is no parking so its drop off and pick up in the Royal Cities.
Morocco is a very western leaning country. If you speak French it is easy if you speak only English like me it is very accommodating in the hotels and restaurants. Interesting meals with a definite French Moroccan flair. Eric helped us make all our arrangements so we had no worries. Our TravelScoot was an easy option to travel the streets and the plazas.

"I am an older, handicapped traveler who went to Morocco alone & with a scooter. There were 2 other handicapped people in my group with their 3 care takers. It was a wonderful tour notwithstanding the 7 days of rain (not their fault). Their guide was wonderful and appropriately supportive. The tour owners helped choose restaurants and hotels that were accessible. I highly recommend this tour."
