Can do some upgrading

Hotel is ok for a night, service is pretty decent, came to our room less than 30mins to deliver a towel. But the room looks slightly old, and might need more soundproofing work especially in such city where car horns are frequent, extra bed is a too low and thin. Breakfast was at a restaurant beside, it was ok. Not much at the surrounding area to venture at night after we check in, the Medina beside has nothing much.

We were only in Casablanca for one night before we flew home the next morning. We were able to walk over to the mosque on the ocean in about 30 min and had dinner at Rick's Café (A Casablanca movie themed restaurant ) in about 15 min. The room we had was clean and tastefully decorated. We had little issues, like running out of toilet paper and the TV power going off (thrown breaker), but we called the desk and they ran up to deliver paper or fix the TV in under 5 min. I am guessing the hotel is 70 or more years old, well maintained and the people are clearly out to make your stay a pleasant one.

It is close to a busy area of town, where they are honking horns (like every 5 seconds!!!) etc. It did not bug us, and the sound seemed to die down at about 9-10pm, but if you are looking to sleep in the day get a higher floor and keep the windows shut.

Room tip: The noise was only on the street level. The hotel itself was quiet and very nice. See my comment above.

Great location close to the medina. I flew into Casablanca airport, easily got local currency from a VISA/PLUS ATM at the airport (next to the Info Desk outside baggage claim), quickly bought a ticket for the train in the airport's lower level and took the 50-min ride to Casa Port. The hotel is just a short walk from there.

However, this is an old building in which the ground floor and halls look nice but my room was badly in need of a coat of paint. It was advertised on Expedia as a Single Standard with "separate sitting area" but the room was tiny with a small chair stuck in front of the wardrobe. I guess that was the separate sitting area. Wi-fi on the 4th floor was excruciatingly slow. I've reserved many hotels through Expedia but this is the first that needed a copy of my "voucher". Well, I keep my confirmations on my tablet and don't carry hard copies, so check-in took longer than it should have.

We stayed at Hotel les Saisons just one night when we landed in Morocco. After making my reservation through United Airlines, I emailed the hotel twice from the Contact page on their web site to ask about early check in and airport pick up. (The United reservation also had these questions posed to the hotel.) I never got a reply. When we landed, there was no one to pick us up and when we arrived at the hotel, it was clear they weren't expecting us early. Traveling internationally takes a lot of coordination; it's challenging enough without having a hotel that is nonresponsive.

As for the accommodations, the room was nice enough. I do appreciate having a couch to sit on. We were in room 710. The weather was cool so we enjoyed opening the windows. It seemed like the floor in the room and bathroom hadn't been mopped in a long time...my feet got quite dirty after walking around barefoot even briefly.

The wifi never worked on the 7th floor. We talked to the front desk three different times about it during our stay, but it was never fixed. It's not convenient to have to sit in the lobby to use wifi.

The location is convenient to the medina, restaurants and the CTM bus station.

Room tip: Room 710 overlooks the street. It can be noisy at times, but not bad with the windows closed.

My comments relate to Moroccan Accommodation.. it is not necessarily comparable to western accommodation..

The hotel room was enormous and beautiful with double windows onto the adjacent street ( other guests reported a quieter experience) . The room had two banked windows and I only found the outer one was open on the last morning .. the noise from the street was unwelcome..

The hotel also advertises as a non smoking environment. This is not the case. The room was pungent with smoke from the previous tenants, which cleared over the two days we were there. Best to ask for a non smoking room on checkin with a commitment to change it if it’s not ok for you.

If you got this far the hotel is really well located to the Médina and restaurants that are safe and relatively comfortable to walk to .. I’d stay here again , with a little more savvy...

This was our first night in Morocco and was selected by our tour organizer. It was an okay stay, an older building and not in a great location but the staff were helpful and the included breakfast was good.
