This is a japanice restaurant, not a sushi bar. I could just say it is the best sushi in Guatemala, but the price is higher than the rest of the other 3 I like the best. So I'll set it to be one of the top 3 sushi you could eat here.
We ordered a mixed yakimeshi and a spicy tuna sushi roll and a juan-itto sushi roll. The yakimeshi was prepared from scratch in front of us over a teppanyaki iron griddle, it was very well seasoned, texture and flavour was great. Then we got our spicy tuna roll that came with tempura crust with anguilla sauce over each slice that added a nice texture and great flavour. Then a juan-itto roll that has a perfect fried carrots crust. It was just delicious.
