......at this place. A nice variety of plates for any palate, and they will accomodate special wishes or needs. Very conveniently located opposite Camino Real Hotel.

Absolutely fantastic and just across the road from the Camino Real Hotel. I had a great shashimi and prawn starter & a very good flavour 'Skirt' steak. Our customers were also very happy. Also liked the sketches of African game on the walls, reminding me of home. I would eat here again!

Gorgeous setting in an old, restored mansion and lush, outdoor courtyard. I heard this was Guatemala City's best restaurant and can understand why (rivaled by Kakao across the street). At Carpaccio we had outstanding, friendly, professional service. The waiter patiently answered multiple questions and suggested a pasta sauce not in the menu (pink combination of tomato and cream), which was delicious. We split a steak (the Guatemalan signature "Puyaso" cut) and a pasta entree with a green salad, following the generous Mixed Carpaccio appetizer (robalo, salmon, octopus, beef) and cocktails (try the mojito). All delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.

I have been eating at this restaurant for many years. Excellent fresh food. International Cuisine with a focus on Italian dishes. Try the Washimi de Robalo and the Eggplant with Mozzarela. Also Cartoccio Fish with the Salsa Veracruzana. Wines are good. Ask for the special wine cups. Service is A-1. Restaurant is across the street from Hotel Camino Real. Parking is tricky so if you don't find parking spaces available park at the Hotel and cross the street.

When looking for the best places in town to have a great meal and share the environment with all the "in" people, there is no other place to go than this very special restaurant that has a good wine list and several of the best plates you can find. The shrimp are cooked to perfection, fish is great and the pasta with clams is delicious. A must if you want to enjoy yourself and your special one.
