Description: Justice Snow's is the perfect combination of a hip downtown Aspen restaurant in an historic space with a landmark location in the Wheeler Opera House building, originally constructed in 1889. We serve fresh, creative food, handcrafted cocktails, and incredible, affordable wines in an imitable atmosphere. Lunch and dinner menus at Justice Snow's are developed seasonally. The menus feature inventive dishes that focus on locally sourced ingredients. Weekend brunch offers sweet and savory dishes with unexpected twists. The bar at Justice Snow's serves up hand-crafted cocktails made with rare spirits, fresh components, and limitless creativity. While we have the most extensive cocktail program west of the Mississippi, our incredible bar staff welcomes the opportunity to custom-craft drinks to suit our guests' personal tastes.

Go here for cocktails and sit at the bar if you can. Ask for the full cocktail menu, it’s extensive and creative. My favorites are the Beef and Bee or the King Over Waters.
As far as food goes the best thing is the burger (aspen locals will notice they’ve raised the price). I was really disappointed to see they are now serving verlasso farmed salmon from Chile instead of wild Alaskan salmon. They do have Alaskan halibut however.

This place gets a great night crowd because of the bands that play there. If you can get seating the menu is good and so is the food.

really unique place. large menu and large portions. the wait staff was very friendly and were quick to fix small mistakes. if you live by the mexican border, leave the mexican food behind and opt for something more culturally neutral. the eggs Benedict were awesome!

Four of us went in for breakfast one morning. After an extremely long wait after placing our orders (45 minutes?), we finally received most of of our food. We requested of four different servers that we get the missing toast, as well as salt and pepper, and finally had to get the manager in order to get the balance of our meal. She was very apologetic (but comped nothing).

The food was probably the best breakfast we had in Aspen all week, but the delay in getting our food caused a serious downgrade.

We came in for Dinner on a weeknight and had good service and enjoyed our food. The scallops were great, and I know this is Aspen, but come on....$19 for a plate with 2 scallops and some sauce on it?
The halibut on the other hand was a decent value for the price tag.
Meal with tip was $70 for 2 dishes, 2 waters, and a side of mac-n-cheese. A bit pricey for my tastes but I have had worse for more.
