Born and raised in Taiwan, I can say that this place is as authentic as it gets for Taiwanese food in North America. Every dish we ordered was great, and the price was reasonable. No wonder there was a lineup at 2pm on a weekday!

I know a lot of people come for the food and it is actually very tasty, but the drinks was the highlight to the meal. They offer a wide variety of teas and slushys. Sinbala is famous for it's taiwanese sausage and it does not disappoint. A lot of places just use chinese sausages and glaze, but Sinbala's is very good. Their fried pork chop is also very good.

This restaurant serves Taiwanese food. It is good for breakfast and lunch. I do love the sausage and porkchop.

All of the dishes here at Sinbala are very delicious. The food goes together well and is cooked perfectly. The staff here is also very kind and quick to get what you need.

As mentioned, no non-sense Taiwanese cuisine...I got take out tonight but my times coming here to eat-in were good as well. Definitely, don't expect servers to pamper you because Asian culture, but you just want good food for the money, try the sausage or pork chop rice, which are the staple items for most Taiwanese kitchen restaurants.
