My family and I have been dining here at the Albion River Inn Restaurant (breakfast and dinner) for more than 10 years, ever since our kids went to camp in Mendocino County. The housemate granola in the morning is divine and the omelet of the day always creative. Dinner is never a disappointment with excellent seafood, meats and other gourmet creations paired with perfect wines. Live piano just adds to the setting. Don't miss it!

Snag a table here before sunset and you'll have a memorable North Coast experience. One of the more spectacular views on a coast that has plenty, Albion River Inn restaurant offers well-prepared standards and fresh seafood along with a feast for the eyes. Local fish specials never disappoint. Wine list is extensive with local and international selections. Only disappointment was chocolate mousse...more like pudding with lots of whipped cream. Come between 4 and 6p for a well-priced happy hour attended regularly by lots of interesting locals. Better than average selection of Scotch whiskey, too!

We've been eating here for a while now, coming to stay at the Inn every fall and spring. We have never, ever been the least disappointed with our meals (whether complimentary breakfast or the superb suppers). Always something special and unique too. Outrageous spirits bar and excellent wine selection.

Healy, Wells, Smith & now Bowery make this a very special experience indeed, not to mention their entire staff!

Oh did I mention the views?! Heavenly ocean views surrounded by nature.

Our first time to stay and dine at the Albion River Inn. Chef Stephen Smith, classically trained, features he special take on Coastal Cuisine. We had the Swordfish and the Grilled Shrimp. Delectable. The wines list is comprehensive and the bar features over 400 different spirits items including 155 from Scotland! Well worth a first or a return visit.

Five women celebrated here with a lovely dinner on a Friday night after convening in Little River from the Midwest in February 2018. We were delighted!! Tasty bouillabaisse, fabulous prawns (2 choices), excellent "fish of the day (rock cod)", and great wine selection. The dining room looks a bit like what I imagine a1950s seaside yacht club would look like: tables small but not too small, lights dim but not too dim, service attentive but not intrusive, In short, we had a marvelous time being pampered with great food, great service, great atmosphere, and an overall wonderful time.
