We have been staying at the George. Bistro Bis provides room service and we had it early in our stay. It was very good but a little luke warm. But it was good enough for us to decide to eat in the restaurant on our last night. We were not disappointed. It was even better in the restaurant.

Stayed around the corner at the Washington hotel - front desk recommend I walk 7 blocks I'm 90 degrees so I look on trip advisor and find Bistro Bis just around the corner - since I'm directionally challenged - use me phone map to walk me there 3 minutes later - I'm there and extremely pleased I decided to try this restaurant Sat outside (in the shade) waiter was so professional and helpful! Decided on the scallops - oh my they hit it out of the park!! Scallops prepared perfectly, forbidden ride ( black , never had before ) was delicious. Presentation was awesome and beautiful. I'm so happy I found this place will defining come back , service was fast , wine list was nice and the food was the bomb! Best in DC!

Best Scallops entrée I've ever enjoyed eating. Service was quick and efficient. Convenient location from Capitol building.

We love this restaurant! Small and intimate with wonderful food. Good place to see politicians and people watch.

Had scallops. Very small portion - 4 small to medium scallops, tasted a bit fishy. Not worth the cost, although the accompanying sides were delicious.
