Just as I remembered as a kid. My kids weren’t as excited because they are so used to museums with a lot more hands on activities. The flight simulators were a hit with them and worth the $10 each.

This museum incorporates several different periods of time involving aviation, but in my opinion there are several other aviation museums that are better. If this would happen to be the ONLY Air & Space mesuem you see, it is impressive. Would recommend seeing as many of the 3D movies they show throughout the day, they are informative and worth the cost.

Best of the Smithsonian museums for families! Loved watching Ready Player One at the IMAX theater located inside the museum!

I loved this museum! So much to do! Check out the shows in the theater, which you do have to pay for. Exhibits on the planets and the Wright Brothers. Great museum!
