Easy check in & out, plenty of space (2br + 2bath is great!)... I'm just sorry we never got to try out the pool table!
Our apartment was perfectly clean, well furnished, great beds - exactly as advertised! The unit looked brand new, and was well located to visit the sites of DC. The only tiny complaint is our unit needs a cutting board and more dishwasher pods should be stashed for it.
Everything was very easy. The accommodations were wonderful and the staff in the building were very helpful.
Although not our first trip to the U.S , this was the first time we'd booked an apartment. I was nervous but I needn't have been- it was perfect. The location is great - seems like quite a respectable neighbourhood and central to attractions. We walked to The White House and to Georgetown (which was just lovely) and to all other main attractions. There is a 24 hour mini supermarket just round the corner where you can buy your basics too. The apartment was so lovely to come home to. Furnished with everything you need, plenty of space for 5 with big bedrooms, more than enough space for luggage and clothes and two large bathrooms and clean too. We had one problem the first night we arrived as the sofa bed bedding hadn't been changed but after a call to stay Alfred, within half an hour, it was rectified. Even though the weather was hot, the rooftop pool wasn't open but it was still pleasant enough to sit there on the comfortable furniture. I would highly recommend these apartments for a stay in D.C - you won't be disappointed.
This well appointed apartment was in a gorgeous neighborhood. It was located 6 blocks to two metro locations. Uber drivers came within 1-2 minutes. The building is very secure and quiet.
It has huge closets, two great bedrooms/two nice bathrooms and a nice game room/outside area. A few of the evenings the game/gathering area had private events but they ended early enough. The couryard outside area could use a few more lights to enhance the area but it was a bit early in the season so maybe when the water feature is turned on it would have some lighting.
There are FABULOUS places to eat - only one to seven blocks in any direction. Whole Foods is about 5 blocks to the north and a GIANT (chain) grocery was about 6 blocks to the east.
We know the quality of this facility greatly enhanced our visit to DC.
Only even somewhat negative impression was that the the front desk staff wasn't particularly friendly or helpful (seemed to merely function as desk sitters).
