The scenery surrounding the Superstition Mountains is breath taking. We drove along the Apache Trail and visited everything we could. The folklore of the mountains is intriguing. Would definitely do again!

We come in late December of each year and stay in Golden Vista Resort where our home faces to the northeast with a wonderful view of these gorious mountains. We look out at them all day and can see the cacti on the mountains when they are green. We love to watch for the time each evening when we can see the mountain turn red for a few minutes as the sun begins to set. We have enjoyed this mountain range during the winter season for the last nine years.

The Superstition stand out from the nearby area.A trip there is to visit a real wilderness and experience what the Dutchman went through. A chance to dream what others have of finding the mine. A great adventure for all ages.
