Visited Kailis on 11 Mar. It was a hot day but indoor seats are limited so we took an outdoor seat.

Food is nice but expensive - seafood in Perth are expensive. 1 fish & chip platter + 1 dozen oysters + 1 grill lobster cost AUD158.80 and this is shared among 6 adults and 1 toddler. Although it does not look much but it is filling since deep fried food really fill ones' stomach fast.

The food comes with the sauce, buy extra only after you finish up the ones given. The oysters are small at about 4cm in length for the flesh - just nice for people with small mouth.

Beware of hungry seagulls, do not leave your food unattended even for a short while. Otherwise your table of food will go to waste and this happened to a family a few tables away from us.

The fishing boat harbour has great seafood places with Kailis being best of them for casual seafood meal outdoors. I love the atmosphere in a working boating harbour.

The food was great when I finally got it. You would think after paying and receiving a buzzer that noone else could walk away with the food I had ordered. Disappointed in the staff for not checking the numbers on the buzzer.

We stopped by for lunch and it’s so busy given its the Easter weekend. I went for the ready cooked prawns and they tasted great! The fish and chips were also wonderful. Location is stunning and relaxing at the same time. A must do!

Poor experience at Kallis! Restuarant was disgusting, food was poor and couldn't even eat chips as they were soggy. Don't waste your money plenty of other better options

Thank Ben G
