This is a well positioned hotel just outside the old town and within walking distance of Kadriorg Park and Pitita tee. There is an excellent relax area on the top floor with views over Tallin as you sip a cocktail or swim in the pool.
As one would expect of a new hotel all the fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality, although some of them are somewhat quirky.
The breakfast buffet is comprehensive although it can be overcrowded when the Finns arrive from Helsinki at the weekend.
Those located at the front will be aware of the screech of tram brakes as the double glazing does not seem to cope too well.
Overall the hotel lives up to its four star rating, and the costs are considerably cheaper than similar hotels in Europe.

This hotel is right outside the old town city walls and very close to the port and airport.

The design gives you some insight to how Tallinn in embracing the 21st century. The lobby is a great space to met and hang out.

The rooms are comfortable and we believe out of the three hotels we stayed at in Estonia, the best beds. The Glass artwork wall (see picture) between the bathroom and bedroom is beautiful, yet if you are shy with your roommate beware they will see a blurred outline of you and what you are doing in the bathroom.

We wished that the windows opened to just have a bit of fresh air, but the A/C is very pleasing.

The Pool area on the 8th floor has great views of the city, please stop in.

Good price and good location.

My husband booked a surprise weekend break for us to Tallinn and as my geography isnt is the best I had to get a map out to look exactly where it was!! I was rather sceptical of the whole weekend but as he was so excited I went with as much enthusiam as possible.. I really did have an excellent time, the quaint medieval old town, the absolutely fantastic quality restaurants and bars and not to mention the brand spanking new hotel. The hotel was fantastic, it was modern, spacious light lobby, rooms and bathrooms were on the large side and kitted out nicely and with plasma tv's, internet etc but one of the best features of the hotel was the leisure club with a pool, sauna's, steam rooms and stunning views over the old town. Overall, I would recommend Tallinn as a destination for a short break and I would certainly recommend the Nordic Forum Hotel which offers top class 4 star International standard accommodation with friendly staff and a superb location.

Brandnew hotel situated 5 minutes from Old Town via main street. Airport bus stops just across the street. VIP bus directly from hotel to Riga in the morning monday-friday. Hotel area and rooms have free WI-FI, except standard rooms. Free safebox. Bathrope/slippers and coffee/the making facility in rooms except standard rooms. On 8th floor a wellness area with pool, whirlpool, sauna, fitnessroom - with full view of the city. Perfect breakfast and nice lounge areas. Standad rooms 25 m2 - de luxe 40 m2.
Tip: book a corner room - and would prefer a de luxe room.
Will certainly be back and can highly recommend the hotel.

Nordic hotel forum is nice and new hotel, it opened 12/2007. Hotel is clean, beautiful and staff was quite good. This is more business hotel than family hotel.

+ Big rooms
+ Everything is new
+ Clean
+ relax centre (swimming pool)
+ Very good breakfast
+ Location in city centre but also close to old town area
+Big tv, many chanels, radio and also speakers in toilet :)
+ porter

-little bit traffic noise ( I was in 8. floor!)
- relax centre is good idea, but there are still things to do the get that work, like there was no bathrobes, and there was little bit too cold.
