Take a tram right out there from east side of Tallinn (tram 1 or 3) which end at the park. Houses many buildings of interest. Best for us was the Modern Art gallery. Brilliant. Helped us further understand the history of Estonia. Great building too.

Very nice palace, also with the park around. We were there last month and had beautiful weather, i bet it will be even more beautiful in summer when the whole parc full of flowers.

Huge park. Very well-maintained. Walk through the grounds, have a small picnic, breathe in the fresh air.

This was the highlight of Tallinn for me. About 30 mins brisk walk from the old town, it was deep snow when I went so beautiful and picturesque, huge open spaces and great kids play areas, all very well maintained.

Because of the snow we could not really see the grounds and gardens but the Palace was pleasant enough. Would like to go back in better conditions.
