We have booked an instructor for a nordic ski lesson (called "teaser") through Intersport Bernik. The "teaser lesson" was to last 3 hours, it included all the gear and the teacher for a group of 4. The price, 29€, per person.
We showed up at 4pm, at Intersport Bernik. To sign up and rent gear it took at least 35min. Total chaos inside the store. After this nightmare, we walked with our instructor to the trail behind the Intersport store, we got there around 16h45. It was already dark, the lights on the trail were not on. The instructor started the lesson anyway, we could barely see the trail. The instructor called someone about the lights and about 20 min into the lesson, they were on.
The lesson itself was completely useless, unorganized, as the instructor had no teaching experience. He was either skiing on his own, or was behind us, giving us useless advice. Then, after one hour, which was the time he was payed for to stay with us, he was gone, and we were told that for the remaining one hour of our 3 hour time, we can ski on our own!
The 3 hour "lesson" had costed us 116€, we got 2 hours of absolutely nothing plus one hour of useless "lesson". A total rip off.
Don't bother booking a group lesson. Find an instructor who is experienced and go for an individual lesson. This was a total rip off.
