This place is amazing, history from WW1:
20 thousand Russian prisoners came by the Eastern Front captured by the Austrian Hungarian soldiers in 1914/17.
They came to this place to build the road that goes up. One day a ravine killed 100 prisoners and the survivors built this chapel in their memory it's a beautiful piece of history, A sad moment for Europe. My grandfather is the son of one of those soldiers the left and never came back: I Honor You PIETRO BALLABEN
