We were staying at the hotel and booked reservation at this restaurant after a wine tasting in the cave . What a terrific evening ! The sommelier suggested perfect wine to accompany our meal. The Daily menu creatively mixed local ingredients and from the regular menu , the truffles pasta starter was as good as any we'd enjoyed in Italy and the game entree was excellent . The pear dessert (a local specialty ) was delicious . All in all great evening .
