We stayed just one night at the Mamaison Residence Diana, but honestly we wish we had planned to stay longer. The location was really cool, in a back area, off the main street. Even though it was in a main area, with so much to do and lots of people the entire day, we felt safe and the room was completely quiet. We heard a little of the fun that was continuing after our bed time, but it was not an issue at all.

The check in process was the fastest we’ve had in any city we’ve visited and the staff was extremely friendly. The studio was spacious and had a full kitchen and two bathrooms! The decor was nice and the room was clean.

We entered the room to see a very nice note from the staff and a bottle of wine. It was such a sweet gesture and made our short stay nicer.

We flew out late on Sunday, and were able to easily store our bags while we continued to explore the city. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s visiting Warsaw.

Apartment style with a bath and a half with tub. Microwave/stove/frig. and utensils.
Lots of room with excellent location with close proximity to fifty or so restaurants. You would have to look hard to find more "bang" for the buck.
Walking distance to the Hop-on Hop-off bus.
A ten-minute walk to the Polish National Museum and a few others...

Room tip: The higher the better.

Clean well equiped and maintained spacious apartments. Good position close to transport, shops, restaurants and bars in the central area but in a quiet courtyard. Pleasant helpful reception staff providing useful directions and information on transport . Apartment was serviced daily with clean towels provided. Restaurant on ground floor serving breakfast but at 52zl seems very expensive by Polish standards so didn't try.

We stayed in a premium studio room.

This was spacious and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. The room was atic style and had a great feel to it.

The bed and furniture were comfortable and the room was on the fith floor and looked out over the courtyard and with a bit of a view of the Palace of Culture.

We couldn't reach to shut the blinds over the skylights over the bed so it got light early but this was no issue for us. And we got good a nights sleep each night.

The location is perfect for walking to the old town, the river and if you are energetic the palace of culture, uprising museum and the station.

The restaurant does good (slightly expensive) breakfasts and good Italian food in the evening.

Staff were all friendly and welcoming.

There are facilities for cooking but no teabags or coffee provided which was a slight downside.

We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay

This is a very well located hotel and residences but is a solid 3 star. Poor amenities, a shower that one can barely move in. True you can get into one of the huge apartments as a hotel guest but my interest is quality not quantity. No coffee or tea in room.
