Central location, walking distance to business center, old city, shopping malls. Standard for Radisson, I am always happy to stay there. Price is good for the quality you get, usually breakfast included. I stay here when ever I come to Warsaw. Very decent wine in minibar, especially for Poland where wine is not big thing.

Charged in wrong currency (GBP) despite explicitly stating that I wanted to be charged in PLN. Their card provider charges a hefty spread - over 5% over some already absurd exchange rate (which in turn triggered my bank to covert back from GBP to PLB making the final difference even more ridiculous). Tried contacting their support later on when I noticed that and the only thing I got back was the automated reply stating that a reply should be coming within a day. So much for good service and hospitality. Especially from a facility that pretends to be a 5* hotel.

Also a very dated hotel (constructed ~2005) - interior comparable to an average 3-4 star hotel. Same goes for room equipment - basic, analog a/c, clogged drain, dust in the corners, sign of wear and tear visible.

What is worse - poor soundproofing - can hear the service lift, people above, etc -> take good earplugs.

There are much better hotels of a proper 5* class in the city centre. Avoid this one.

We stayed 3 nights for a conference. The hotel is very large and is centrally located near the train station. The rooms are average mid business standard. I’m giving the hotel 4 stars instead of 3 because the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in changing rooms. The breakfast buffet was really outstanding and the gym is large and excellent. Although the hotel itself is nonsmoking, so many guests were smoking outside of the front entrance that the lobby smelled like cigarettes and the items in my luggage all had to be washed or aired out when I returned home. Our safe was broken and the air conditioning did not adequately cool the room. We did not inform the management because we had changed rooms already and were preparing to leave the hotel. Altogether, it was a decent stay since our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Wonderful hotel stay. Perfect location for sightseeing and restaurants. Food was great, both for breakfast (our children thoroughly enjoyed sampling the extensive and delicious choices) and we enjoyed dinner @Ferdys, although a little pricier than other local restaurants the food was outstanding. In particular the dumplings ! Great to have the option of gym and pool as we have 3 children. We felt well looked after and were very comfortable for our 5 night stay and would stay here again if we return to Warsaw.

Stayed on the 10th floor, and had the wonderful Warsaw skyline view from the room's window. The room was well decorated and of a decent size. The minibar was fully stocked. The bathroom included a good size shower cabin with wonderful hot & strong water flow. The bed was excellent (specially the shining white linen and cozy duvets) in all it was a pleasure being in the room.
Breakfast was great in quality and diversity - the best we had during our week stay in Poland.
I will certainly call if in Warsaw again.

Room Tip: Pick a room on the upper floors - for the view
