A weekend we will never forget, and for all the right reasons. My partner (who is originally from Lodz) and I hosted a large family gathering at the Novotel over the Easter Weekend. There were over 40 guests of all ages and the whole family has not stopped talking about it since. Excellent atmosphere, excellent food, and excellent attention to detail by all the staff at Novotel. We were a bit nervous at the beginning about hosting such a big event but we need not have worried because everything went perfectly.

A special thank you to Anna, the events manager at Novotel, who was in charge of the event and who made sure everything went smoothly and always did so with a very friendly, efficient and professional manner.

All the staff we encountered at this hotel are friendly and happy to help without any hesitation, and always ready with a smile and greeting when passing.

As well as having the party at the hotel my partner and I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. It is a clean, modern and comfortable hotel and I highly recommend it as a place to stay whether visiting Lodz for work or leisure. As others have said, it is perfectly situated near a large shopping mall, the main tram hub, and Piotrkowska (with its lovely buildings, bars and restaurants). Also it is just 5 minutes’ walk from “OFF Piotrkowska” with its much trendier food and retail scene.

I come from Lodz and whenever I come back I try to choose Novotel Łódź Centrum.
I saw how he built Ten Hotel, and today is one of the cool business cards of the city.
Very clean and quiet rooms and a nice view of the center on the upper floors.
At the reception there was never a problem, all questions and suggestions were quickly solved. Mr. Patryk at the reception super service (Regards)
Small minus for the lack of a pool.

I stay here a couple of times per year, it is always a pleasure to stay here. Nice building and rooms. Close to shopping center and nice restaurants. I used a hotel bike for the first time to go to my destination in the city, that was great, much faster than by car and no problems to park.
