Took a walk through the Tatra National Park and got to the ski jump. Decided to use the lift, so it was a quick up and down 'trip'. If it wasn't for the weather, I would probably continue my walk from the top. Worth going just to see what it looks like being there, facing the decline. On the way up, you can see the footpath up. I can imagine how exhausting it must have been for the jumpers back in the days to do the whole way up for a single jump.
If you go, probably do it on the way back from Kuznice, or before.

We have watched ski jumping on the tv but experiencing the jump at first hand is incredible. How anyone has the nerve to actually jump is beyond belief. The ride up on the ski lift is fun and well organised but once at the top and overlooking the run and jump is an altogether different ball game. It is awesome!

The very first ski jump at mount Krokiew at Zakopane was constructed in 1925. It is worth to climb at the same top of this jumping hill. Then you can realize what courage have ski jumpers.

We visits in summer and there wasn't much to see. Whilst winter might be a better experience with snow, the attraction is a let down in that they've made no effort to elaborate on the sport or have information celebrating its previous and current world championships. Given Poland leads the sport and has a proud history in it, I expected more in that regard. Compared to the jump at Nagano, Japan, I think more could be done to enhance the experience.
