It was still warm here early September, and although the lobby is nicely air conditioned, the rooms are not. Opening the door to the balcony and the door to the room resulted in a cross breeze during the afternoon, but the breeze died in the evening. Closing the thick curtain meant no ventilation at all, and I'm afraid I can't sleep in 25° with no movement of air. So I asked for a fan, which was delivered promptly. Problem solved. I wonder how hot the rooms get in July ...
Otherwise the hotel was fine — clean, comfortable with every amenity. Shower pressure was good. No solid soap nor little bottles of various hues, just a squeezy bottle of goo on the shower wall. I guess if it helps the planet ...
Wifi worked well.
The breakfast spread was very lavish. My only regret was that the scrambled egg was a bit sloppy, and there was no omelette station.
So a nice hotel that I'd recommend. Just a pity about the lack of air conditioning.More
