Perfect position, staff helpful , Breakfast good, would stay there again, staff booked a trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau before we arrived and was priced well and the guide was great, research plaszow camp and take a trip out there, easy walking.

Stayed for a few nights last week. Very clean, rooms perfect, shower excellent and rooms changed and cleaned daily. ( if you don't put the " do not disturb sign out " lol ) Close to some great pubs and restaurants and I just could not find fault in the hotel for the cost. Excellent value. Can't comment on the breakfast because I was never up for it.

We were a group of 4 and 2 rooms. Both were very nice and included breakfast for a very reasonable rate. Our sons had stayed there in December and recommended, we very pleased.

Very clean and well appointed rooms with a great location in Krakow's Jewish District.

Stayed here for 4 nights in the Jewish Quarter of Kraków. Excellent location just off the little square where there are loads of bars and restaurants. Lovely large room, huge bathroom, tea and coffee and water provided daily but remember to ask for milk as none provided. All shampoo and conditioner provided too. Breakfast was a little disappointing as little choice on the cooked side, either polish sausage or bacon on alternate days and not much else but you can order fried eggs which everyone was doing. My husband asked for poached but this was refused. Only went for breakfast once as not really bothered and wasn't worth getting up for. Rest of hotel fine. Go to Lrakow about 5 times a year, beautiful city, well worth a visit and sssooooooo cheap!!!

This hotel is fantastically situated in the Jewish quarter of the city. The staff here are very helpful and will arrange any excursions with just a short conversation at reception. The hotel is clean and smart. The rooms are adequate in size, and the en-suites are modern and functional. There are easy to use safes in the room to secure your belongings. The room security key operate with a card which means that you do not have to worry about key duplication.

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the Market Square but is in the heart of the Jewish community.

I highly recommend this as a place to stay in the city.
