could not ask for a better location! 5 min walk from the massive shopping centre and the main city centre square! the Matejko Square, despite its central location, is very quiet and spacey with free car parking at weekends!
Not easy to find when driving due to recent city development but walking distance from the train and coach station.
Hotel itself very clean, well maintained and lovely presented, room quite large so as the bathroom. No hair dryer though.
Got the room on the top floor with some nice views and no noise whatsoever.

The only disappointment was the breakfast. At 9.30 on Sunday morning (served until 10.00) there was no fresh bread and the leftovers were dry and old. Not a big choice with other food either and not very well presented. No staff to serve a hot coffee or tea so only helped ourselves with an orange juice. A nice hot breakfast would made my day but unfortunately not on this occasion.

Overall, nice hotel and I would recommend. There are plenty of coffee shops nearby which serve lovely food at a reasonable price.
I booked this hotel through www.booking.com (as always) and paid 150PLN (30GBP) for a Saturday night and it was a bargain!

Room Tip: top floor no noise!

Spent four nights in two rooms here with family, kids 10-16. Reasonably priced and within walking distance to Old Town and Kazimierz. Breakfast was varied with a choice for everyone. When I enquired about taking some bread with us for a picnic lunch we got bags with yoghurts, juice, apple and chocolate for free. A la carte dinners reasonably priced and tasty. Rooms were well sound-proofed and comfortable, with modern bathroom (no tb) and fitted carpets. Wireless internet available free in the restaurant.

Room Tip: Some rooms face a church, if one is disturbed by church bells. Internet apparently available in room...

Located 400 metres from the rail station and half that from the Florianaska entrance to the old town, the hotel is well-placed for the essentials of a short-break to Krakow. Reasonably priced and sized rooms are well heated to repel the outside chill, as is the rest of the hotel. Well-stocked buffet breakfasts provide a range of cold meats, sausages, scrambled eggs, fruits, cereals, breads, pastries. Reception is very efficient.
February may not be the best time to appreciate all that this intriguing city has to offer but whatever the season there is plenty to do and see for those who enjoy a good wander. Visit to the salt mine is recommended, and the bus stop conveniently placed outside the hotel. For football fans, the Wisla Krakow stadium is well-worth a visit with top-priced seats 70 zyloty. Remember to take passport to purchase tickets.

A very reasonably priced hotel in a great location only a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square and the shopping centre.

Rooms - we had a large 3 bedded room overlooking the courtyard, flat screen tv with a couple of english channels, table & 2 chairs, lovely clean bathroom with walk in shower, a double bed and tea/coffee making facilities would have made it that little bit better, room was basic but warm and very adequate especially for the price paid.

Breakfast - selection of cheeses, hams, scrambled egg, sausage, bread, tomatoes, cucumber, jams, pate, fresh fruit salad, yogurts, cereals, toast, coffee, tea, juice, hot chocolate and cakes - perfectly adequate.

Reception were very helpful when our taxi to the airport didnt turn up! Baggage room is provided which is handy when having a late flight back. The two excellent features of this hotel are the price and location. We would have no hesitation in going back

Stayed here for a week in a single room. The price was amazing and the room was clean with internet connection, large bathroom and comfortable bed and table and chairs. The breakfast was surprisingly good however I paid about 1 dollar for a glass of warm water at dinner which is a bit of a rip. Anyway I would recommend this place to anyone, its not posh but does the job.
