This is a real gem, exceedingly comfortable seating, pleasant music and good service. Coffee, teas, Hot and cold chocolate drinks, cakes, ice creams etc. We had hot apple pie and cinnamon with delicious hot chocolate. In fact the hot chocolate was so good we were tempted to run our fingers round the cup to get it all out!

We went here for a quick eat and both ordered the toasted cheese and ham. They were a lovely little snack to have. The service was great and we went back again during our break :)

visited here twice while in Krakow. The first time was ok - the guy who served us wasn't very enthusiastic but at least we got what we ordered and enjoyed our coffees a lot. We decided to go back the next day to get the same drinks. This time a girl served us (the guy was sitting on a chair near the entrance) and I have to say she delivered the worst service I have ever received. Looking completely inconvenienced by the fact we had entered the place, she then twice denied that they sold the drinks we wanted (despite us having had them the day before). She reluctantly gave us the menu and when i showed her the drinks on it, she rolled her eyes. The whole time, the guy on the chair said nothing. Of course, we decided to leave, and as we exited she shouted a sarcastic 'Thank you!" The experience was so bad it was almost comical.

We visited here on a whim and had a nice break. The layout is conducive to the relaxed atmosphere with you seemingly sectioned off from other customers. The staff were pleasant and the drinks were delivered promptly. The coffee was OK and my wife's hot chocolate was to die for. The apple pie was tasty and the cheesecake was quite different. Would recommend.

Very authentic atmosphere : not too much lights like usually in coffee shops. The prices are really democratic and location is just two steps from Rynek, really a great coffee shop/
