This Hotel is fabulous, it's like stepping back in time, very 'olde worlde' with all modern cons. The staff are great, helpful and friendly. Everything is comfortable and very convenient to the rail& bus stations and only 5 minutes walk from the Old Town. TV and Radio in the room with tea making facilities and mini fridge. Terrific breakfast included. Would definitely return here.

From arriving at the airport & catching the train to The hotel we were surprised with the very cheap price, lovely train & stress free journey.
Hotel a five minute walk from the station in a fabulous location for all the sites.
Room was lovely with tea & coffee in the room & small fridge, comfortable beds & located at the rear of the home which was quiet.
There is a lovely garden area which we spent time in the evening having drinks from the bar. Breakfast was very relaxed though not cooked there was plenty of choice meats, cheese breads, cereal, fruit & cakes. We ate in the restaurant on our last night & have to say the steak we all had was amazing cooked to perfection & in believable value.
Would definitely recommend this hotel & definitely return. Krakow is an amazing city, we loved every minute. Fabulous bars/cafe surrounding the square, river walk, castle & museums. Friendly people great shopping centre, loved the polish food.
We can't wait for our next visit.

The staff are so helpful - we had a tour which meant we missed breakfast & were offered a packed breakfast instantly! Also explained the city layout with a helpful map. The market square is only 10 minutes away, the station is opposite. Generous helpings in the restaurant & the massage & sauna are also to be recommended.
Put on the "air con" at night to deaden the noise from the trams.
Old hotel but now modernised.

Really nice hotel, right by the train station and really close to the Old Town too. Great location for a trip to Krakow, but also good value for money and great service. Staff all excellent, helpful and friendly, and very good English.
The bar is nice, and while we didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, the bar meals looked very tasty. Breakfast was a really nice mix of traditional polish and more standard continental.
Our room was old fashioned but nice, very clean, and it was great to have a separate sitting room too. There was a mini fridge available, and water, tea and coffee were supplied every day. My fiance particularly enjoyed the bowl of sweets that they refilled every day!

Room Tip: Upgrade to a superior room, it's inexpensive but gets you a mini suite of sorts, rather than a room
