Take a walk through the arches where you will find the perfect souvenir to bring home or give to friends and family.

The Renaissance style Cloth Hall is right in the middle of Rynek Glowny, the main square of the Old Town. It is a long, arched building with stalls on both sides. Lots of ideas for souvenirs here, although we did not buy anything. Lots of amber and embroidered waistcoats and some items from Hungary and Romania. You can cut through the middle of the Cloth Hall to get to the markets on either side. There is an art gallery above and the most amazing historical museum below, with the remains of ancient shop stalls.

Good collection of local crafts and amber. Easy to access and central. Interesting embroidery, pottery and glass. Lots of eateries nearby and St Mary's Basilica.
