The hotel is located far from old town. Dont expect being able to walk, taxi is a must.
Ikea lovers will be pleased - it is situated just across the road.
Rooms are new and comfy. Breakfast is excellent. Wifi is stable.
Had an absolutely enjoyable stay for a moderate price.

Me and my partner just came back from a fantastic 5 day break in Poland very nice hotel and only a taxi ride away from the main square . Good choice of food for breakfast of a morning and staff are happy to help you in regards to getting things for you booking you a taxi . Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is modern and nice. Brekfast was excellent. In this area is also airport, and main street so it can be loud because of traffic. Only minus is because it is really far away from the center. It tooks 10 minutes walk to the bus station and 20 minutes ride with bus.

I made a business trip to Krakow in December 2016, and stayed at Conrad Hotel. They have a very good costumer service, friendly and helpful staff, Clean and confortable rooms, very well located. They have a restaurant and a Bar, with very good food, beverage and a great breakfast.

Room Tip: Never turn off the heater during the winter.

This is not really the place to stay to explore Krakow - it is on a big road a few miles from the interesting bits, near an Ikea and a shopping mall. Apart from a taxi there is a bus stop about 400m away which takes about 15-20 mins into town.

However, if you are staying for any other reason like I did (dental tourism) it is brilliant for the money as it usually very cheap. The rooms are big and well designed with useful solid furniture and very clean with tea making kettle etc. My twin room didn't have a bath (just shower) and the soap and shampoo arrangement is very basic. The breakfast choice though is superb and just enormous - a vast choice of bread, pastries, meats, several really nice fish dishes, a dozen cheeses, pancakes, cooked eggs, sausages, salads, cereals - even chile con carne. As well as all the usual juices there's carrot juice and strawberry. Altogether some 100 breakfast options - quite potty really considering you will often only be paying about £25 - £35 a night for B&B.

Staff speak good English, as most do in Poland, room service is tasty and cheap - the whole place is really up together and an ideal base for me and my sore gums.

If you want a cheap way from the airport get the bus (200 I think) but get off after about 20 mins, at Balicka Wiaduct (you’ll have to ask - it’s where the road goes under another big road) and then get the 172,173 or 5xx something (I think there’s only one beginning with 5) for two stops (in an uphill direction) and that takes you almost to the door.

Room Tip: if a constant hum of traffic bothers you ask for a fourth floor room on the side away from the main road.
