Came here for 3 nights at Easter and had a great time in Krakow at this fabulous hotel, couldn't fault it! Reception booked us on a day tour of Auschwitz and could not do enough for us. So much to choose from at breakfast, all staff friendly and helpful. Lovely modern rooms. Would totally recommend.

We've just returned from a very enjoyable 4 night stay in this lovely hotel and I cant recommend it highly enough. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming, the excellent breakfasts have a huge selection of both hot and cold food and the rooms / bathrooms are finished to a high standard. Our large room had a beautiful view of the castle and river, although we did pay extra to guarantee this.
It's an easy 10 minute walk into the centre of Kraków although, as an added bonus, the hotel has 4 bikes which can be hired free of charge.
Wouldn't hesitate to return, they made my husbands 50th birthday very memorable!

There's a huge amount to recommend this hotel:
- lovely, friendly service from all staff I met
- luxurious contemporary room design
- attractive communal parts
- great large bathrooms with top quality Starck fittings and good complimentaries
- huge comfy beds with quality linen
- beautiful views over the castle
- handy 10 minute to the old town
- total blackout in the bedrooms
- superb cafe/bar on the top floor
- free reliable 2.5mbps wifi
The slight downsides are:
- breakfast is good rather than great
- the rooms themselves aren't enormous
- the place looks grim on the outside
- the immediate area also is a bit scruffy
However none of those things would deter me from giving it one of my rare 5 "owl eye" ratings because of the excellent value for money the place represents. It's a proper, strong 4 star boutique hotel at a 3 star price.
Definitely do not let the bland look of the building in the photos on here put you off. You can't see it when you're inside enjoying your room and your view!
SUMMARY: I heartily recommend the place for a stay in Cracow. It's just very likeable indeed, and you really can't go wrong with it.

Lovely hotel, 10mis walk to the centre, staff were very helpful and even provided a breakfast box as we had to leave at 4am for our return flight. Book the sauna which is nice and relaxing after walking all day. Breakfast is nice and varied.

Came here with my parents and brother and sister for a 4 day break. The hotel decor is gorgeous and the staff are brilliant, if you needed anything all you had to do was ask. The bar staff were so accommodating giving us more than excellent service. Maciej was especially brilliant at giving us extras at the bar. It's a great location with a lovely view of the castle. Would really recommend a stay at this hotel.
