When it comes to fine dining in Gdynia, it is better to go 150 meters further down to a restaurant which name starts on "S". Maybe because of broken air conditioning this day or drunk neighbors this review is very subjective, but at the end neither not working AC or loud people sitting next to you should really influence opinion about the kitchen ! And the kitchen (plus service) is the most important element to decide if restaurant is good or not.
In case of of "Krew i Woda" kitchen is just OK and service is also just OK. But when 150 meters away you can have much better option to dine, than head to restaurant which name starts on "S"
