I love it here and can't wait to go back (I have been three times in three years). However the problem is I expect the same awesome service now everywhere I go...and usually end up disappointed. And it's true, there is no where I would rather be right now then in my studio at the Aparthotel or sitting in the cafe having one of Kristina's best-in-the-world latte's...but I'm not, I'm writing this review from rainy, cold Newfoundland....ooooh woo is me:) When in Prague stay here...it is great value for money, close to all attractions and an overall lovely place.

This is a fantastic hotel at an amazingly low price. Kristina is such a warm and friendly person, extremely helpful and hospitable. She made us feel welcome the instant we arrived at the hotel, and had great tips about things to see and do in Prague. The apartment itself was huge, and really clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. I will definitely stay here again! And thanks again, Kristina!

We stayed here as a couple in November 2011 and it was fantastic. Kristina welcomed us in with a cup of tea and gave us a map of the city, pointing out various points of interest. She was a fantastic help when it came to planning our trips, helping us work out which trams to take etc.

Aparthotel City 5 was perfect for us. It was clean, bright and friendly. Our room was on the top floor and had a kitchenette with tea making facilities but we ate out every night as Prague is so cheap!

We opted to have breakfast each day, where we were offered doughnuts, croissants, toast, cereals and of course: Kristina's world famous cheese and ham toasties!

The aparthotel is the other side of the river from the main touristy areas, about a 15 minute walk away. This gives you the best of both worlds, with a quiet place to rest in a slightly cheaper area, while still being close enough for site seeing.

Our flight home wasn't until 9pm, meaning we checked out of our room at 12. However, even though we were checked out, we were still welcome to sit in the cafe and keep our bags in the storage room, making us feel like we were still valued guests even though our stay was over.

I hope to return to Prague again, and will definitely be staying here, it was perfect! Thank you Kristina xx

This was a great hotel that is about a 20 minutes walk away from Old Town. Kristina was absolutely fantastic! She was a very enthusiastic individual who was extremely helpful. She can provide you with a walking map of the city and lots of great tips about restaurants, tips and just anything in general about Prague!

The hotel itself is very comfortable and has a very "homey" feel to it. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. The rooms are also extremely clean. Laundry service and a buffet breakfast is available. Kristina's 'toasties' are highly recommended!!

The area surrounding the hotel may seem a bit sketchy but is actually pretty okay. For the price you pay and everything you get in return, this is the best deal in town. It lives up to the highly regarded tripadvisor ratings on here. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Prague.

Just got back from a wonderful stay here.

Kristina met us on arrival and gave us help and advice on how to get the best out of Prague over a drink, including areas such as Vysehrad we may have missed out on if she hadn't told us about it. She was a brilliant hostess and helped us with all our questions.

We were put in an apartment which was spotless and well equipped - it even had a christmas tree!

It's slightly out of the centre, probably about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town/Charles Bridge but was located close to public transport bases. We ended up walking constantly as it was a nice walk along the river taking you past a lot of the sites. There's lots of pubs and coffee shops if you need a rest!

Kristina offers a brilliant breakfast buffet for Kc100 which is well worth it and sets you up for a day exploring. Toasties and coffee especially recommended!

We would definitely stay again if back in Prague.
