Great hotel, staff friendly, exceptional and very helpful. Breakfast always enjoyable and varied. Rooms big and airy. Beds comfortable. Bar staff lovely and always happy and careing. Even when we returned late from the Ballet at the National Theatre, and the Opera at The Estates Theatre the bar staff were more than happy to produce a well made pizza (Good quality and tasty) at 23.30 at night.
One complaint concerns room 212 and the dreadful urine sewer smell from the toilet/bathroom area. The only way to keep this pleasant was to have the bathroom extractor on continuously. Asked if there was an air freshener available to suppress the smell. Told not available in the hotel. Other than that a great hotel. AND - even though we have this complaint WE WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THIS TO FAMILY & FRIENDS. More
