Stayed 5 nights in early December. Hotel a gem, located about 150 metres off Wenceslas Square, close to National Museum. Within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Room quiet, clean and comfortable, staff friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, nothing too much trouble. Front desk staff very obliging, at short notice arranged tickets and pickup for sightseeing. A few bars and clubs nearby but never a problem. Excellent airport pickup/dropoff service. Wouldn't hesitate to choose it again.

We have just returned from hotel fenix in Prague and we have had a fantastic time. Credit to the team of staff there as they constantly provided 5* service. Special thanks to the Young gentleman on reception when we arrived (5th December) for recognising my partners birthday was the day that we checked in and wished her happy birthday. Please don't let the fact that there are strip clubs next door put you off as we had absolutely no trouble and noise from them at all. The bouncers are friendly and didn't hassle is once. Very central place only 15-20 mins walk into the old square. Fantastic holiday and would recommend to anyone going to Prague to stay here. Thank you for everything and hope to see you again soon. Sam and Sian (Room 316)

Was a bit concerned after reading the other reviews but for no reason. The hotel is located next to two strip clubs (one of them is apparently famous as we seen ads for it all over town), but no one bothered us at all and we were walking there close to midnight and being very stereotypical "potential clients" ( 2 men in late 20ies, looking like tourists), so maybe something changed from the lest recent reviews. The location is just perfect in any other way. Its 2 minutes from central square but in a quite street so if you want the square and its commotion you have it steps away, but if you want a retreat just go back to the hotel ( I have to note the we were positioned at the back, away from the clubs our window facing a quite street). Excellent breakfast buffet, wifi and small gym plus a sauna. The hotel feels a bit old, but still you get the sence of high class facility.

We went to Prague for leisure. Although the hotel has big and clean rooms it was approximetely 20 minutes on foot from the city center were is the astronomical watch. So its arround 30 minutes on foot by charles bridge etc. If you like sightsing it is not reccomended.

Also next to the hotel they are around 4-5 bars with strippers and in night it is not the best thing to walk around bar's promoters and druged men who are yelling all night long.

Room Tip: Choose a room in the upper floors because at night , groups that visit the bars in the same street are usually drunged and they are yelling.

Dear nikmario,

thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent visit to Prague.

I am sorry that you did not find the location of the hotel convenient for you - it is located right in the center of the New Town next to the Wenceslas Square and many of our guests appreciate it exactely for the vicinity of the shops, restaurants, theatres and museums. Although our hotel is in Prague 1, you might have valued our sister hotel K+K Hotel Central more as it is located nearer to the Old Town.

Thank you for your feedback and we hope to welcome you back to K+K Hotels again soon.

Kind regards,

Barbora Slachova, Resident Manager

We stayed here for four night last weekend. It is a very well run hotel. Excellent book in and out service. Breakfast catered for every ones taste. Very comfortable beds. Even thought we were to the front of the hotel its was still very quite. Very short distance from the tram, about 2 to 3 minutes. The directions on the hotels website of how to get to the hotel from the airport was extremely accurate.
