Stylish and cosy hotel in downtown Prague. Excellent service from staff members, available 24/7 and always helpful. Appropriate selection of food served for breakfast. Nice bar for afternoon / evening meetings with quality food.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city. Everything in walking distance. Nice rooms and very comfy bed. The outstanding feature of the hotel is the staff - very welcoming and do helpful. Bar staff can mix a great cocktail!!

We had spent 4 nights this week and liked it. Great service, nice breakfast buffet. We did the tour to the buncker. The bar/restaurant is very cool. They served very good cocktails. Everybody is very nice which is grateful in Prague. We were 3 and for that number the rooms are not very big. The cleaning of the rooms can improved but in general I would recommend it.

Booking in was quick and easy. Reception staff friendly. Two lifts to the 7th floor. Rooms are small and have a large very firm but comfortable bed. No end of piping hot water. One complaint is that the rooms are very stuffy and hot, we couldn't turn the temperature down enough and had the balcony door open and it was -1 outside. Generally, a clean room with tea making facilities but a bit dull as are the corridors and reception area and no lounge but it is a boutique hotel I guess. Overall, very quiet and acceptable for the money we paid. The bar area is truly excellent as is the restaurant and the food top notch. Six of us had two evening meals there and they were both excellent but the staff were different on both nights. Our best night was with Jakub our waiter. He is fantastic and made our evening special. On the second night we were unfortunate to have a young blonde waitress who was pushy, unprofessional and acted as if she was in a rush to get home. What a difference. Jakub, you rock ! Food and drink prices are very good for a central hotel. A very good Pina Colada for-instance is about £5.90 and a large local beer is around £4.60. We had a tour of the hotels underground bunker by Peter and was really worth it. Will recommend and return to this hotel especially at this time of year for the Christmas markets.

Room Tip: Top floor with street view
