Our experience was somewhat impacted by the circumstances of the visit including timing but we experienced several issues. Prague was extremely hot while we were staying here and as a result we had to keep the widows open which caused two major issues and I wouldn't even write this if the apartment's weren't so expensive
1) Being on the tram line and in July the noise was extreme.. If you are looking for a quiet stay this is not the location
2) The constant battle with the flies (No screens in the windows)
Additionally the apartment (At least the penthouse) lower was better had various disrepair issues - Towel rack in bathroom, Floor boards broken, furniture fabric worn out, wifi poor at best
Lastly we broke our stay into two separate parts and were advised on the way to the airport that we could have or should have received a discount on our second booking (But should have asked) very frustrating
On the positive side location for most attractions is good, restaurants close by and management team responsive
First let me say that Prague is a wonderful city and should be on everyone's bucket list. We stayed nine days in early April and loved every second of our vacation. There is lots to see and do, great public transportation, good food and shopping, reasonable prices, and English is widely understood. Klaudia, the rental agent, is an angel and can arrange for guided walking tours within the city and private car tours to outlying areas, as well as private car transportation to and from the airport.
The two apartments are spacious, comfortable, well stocked with basic supplies, and within easy walking distance to most of Prague's must see attractions. Bus and subway routes are close and the Tram lines are perhaps a little too close, thus causing a little more street noise than ideal. There is a grocery store a block away and countless restaurants nearby.
When we weren't out sightseeing, our party of four spent most of our time in the upstairs apartment enjoying the good weather and view of Prague Castle on one of the two southern exposure outdoor decks. Depending on your sleeping arrangements the two apartments could easily house six guests and perhaps even eight. The extra half bath downstairs is a blessing. The elevator and apartments are large enough that a person who uses a walker or is confined to a wheelchair could get along well enough, although would be restricted to the lower floor apartment due to only stairs going to the upper apartment.
I would happily return to Prague for another week and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.
