The tour was very interesting. Our guide, Mateo, was fantastic. He made the tour very fun and immersive. Highly recommended.
Went again with Verneus on their free Prague castle tour on the second day of our trip to Prague. Again as yesterday, it was a really excellent tour. Our guide was Dylan and again his English was excellent (being American helped!), he was enthusiastic, very informative and obviously loves the job. Again remember the guides are free lance so give them a good tip if you enjoy the tour!
We walked across the Charles bridge and then took a tram to nearer the castle. The history of the bridge is fascinating and the castle is the largest coherent castle coplex in the world so wear good walking shoes as there is a lot to see.
Would recommend Verneus free tours as all three guides on each day were excellent and the communication from Verneus was spot on!
I've been already couple of times in Prague visiting some friends but it was the first time I decided to go on a guided tour in this city. Our tour guide was Idaira who was amazing!! Super friendly and nice we weren't enough people for that tour and she did it anyway! She tells you a lot of interesting history content but in an interactive, easygoing way and also with some jokes, which make it more enjoyable. Really helpful on her advice on what to do, where to eat or go out for a beer.. I loved the tour and would recommend it to anybody and if you are travelling solo, even better to get to know more people. Thank you!!
Very interesting city tour, covering most of the old city. Nice historical facts along with many jokes made a very good tour.
As suggested by the title, the experience was outstanding. We were hosted by Angela.
I have always had good experiences while doing free tours (5 so far)...friendly guide, extended knowledge of the cities, etc. However, no one was as impressive as Angela.
She really made us feel the history of Prague, with her explanations and her unique style, very spontaneous and natural. Also, she interacted amazingly with the people attending the experience, creating a superb atmosphere for all the assistants.
She gave us 3h and a half of history, and especially, passion. Plus, at the end of the tour she answered patently all questions regarding where to have dinner and party. All with no sponsoring behind and giving her personal opinion.
Definitely, 120% recommandable.
We were looking four a tour in Prague and then explore the city, nevertheless we took three tours with those guides. They are funny, different and with a wide knowledge not only about the common information but also about small and interesting details.
More than a recommendation.
