We thoroughly enjoyed our evening walking tour..just wish it was longer in time (2 hours). Get this tour through the tourist office.

We loved our walking tour with Karolina of Cesky Krumlov. She was a wonderful and informative guide and gave us great insights into the history of the country and the town. We would highly recommend a tour with Karolina. We came from Vienna on our way to Prague and spent the night. In the evening, many of the tourists were gone and the town was quiet and so beautiful. We loved seeing the architecture. Karolina gave us great photo and restaurant recommendations.

We spent the day seeing Cesky Krumlov. It's about a 3 hour drive south of Prague. It's a quaint midevil town with lots of rich history. Definitely do the castle tour to learn about the families that lived and ruled in their time. Afterwards have lunch by the river. Awesome day trip.

Went with friends everyone at the tour was old , the 3 hour trip from Prague was not worth it . Maybe if the people with us were young it would have been different .

This tour was terrific-- so glad we did it instead of the "free " walking tour with a group. We got terrific insight from Karolina. She has lived there for years and graciously answered all of our questions about the history of the town, and the more recent history in the 20th century. She also gave us a terrific restaurant recommendation. Do go to Cesky Krumlov and spend the night--its a special place and take the tour with Karolina. It was a highlight of our trip.
