This is the second times I stay here and the place just so pretty and lovely. And the public area also very clean.
The facilities here also very good for family and kids and the price also reasonable.
But one thing might different is maybe they not cleaning the public toilet and shower room everyday
Overall still very good place for stay and relax.

We’ve stayed here a few times before and it’s a great spot for going to Falls Creek. The park is nice and on the creek and mini golf is always fun. The lady the runs it is lovely and helpful and the spa hut is worth booking for $5 for a soak after a days skiing. We stayed in a family cabin which is worth a few dollars extra over the yurts as it has a toilet inside. The cabins are clean and gave everything you need but are showing their age. Few minor things but I’m sure they’ll be fixed. One thing to watch is when it says the drying room is open til 10 that doesn’t mean they lock it up then as I assumed - the heater gets turned off. We had a WET day on mountain and everything was still soaking the next day. Much better off drying it in the cabin. We’ll be back again :)

I have just spent a week in this little gem of a camping ground. Here are some of the highlights. The environs are just beautiful. The river flows with a littel rapid, there is a swimming hole, the trees are cared for, and though it rained, the well placed fire pits roared through the winters nights.
Conveniently located at the base of the 30km climb to Falls Creek, we used this campground as a base for our ski trip. CLose to some lovely restaurants, ski hire, and some excellent little shops in Mount Beauty, this Park had it all.
I must mention the BBQ’s; absolutely pristine!!!. Cooking oil spray and paper towels were provided, along with a spatula. In the camp kitchen, dish liquid and cloths were provided also.
The showers were hot and strong, and the amenities generally well thought out...I would have liked Some heating in the block, but I survived. A minor quibble.
The common area had some decent dining tables and comfortable lounges, where we were able to escape the significant rain.
For the kids in us all, there was mini golf and basketballs, ping pong, and other ball based games provided gratis.
This park really is lovely and well cared for.
Hot tip: get the kids to take the quiz to earn the sew on souvenir badge. Very cool.

Such a beautiful spot, right on the river and green. We stayed for 5 nights on a powered site, had plenty of room for our caravan and i must say it was so quiet. The park is very clean and tidy, the amenities are clean and the people running the park are friendly, the little town of Mt Beauty is about a 10 minute walk away, and plenty of choices for eating out.Would definitely stay here again.

It's long overdue that i put fingers to keyboard and actually rated on-line this great spot in this lovely country of ours. A few couples started coming here and none of us had kids, today, some twenty years later we are still coming here and have like 12 between us. The word got out and it's no easy to secure a site, but it's definitely worth a try. It's not just The Park itself that makes this place special, it's the owners and those that work the business as well. They are simply great great people. They understand you and take great pride in making The Park a place they themselves want to live in and would stay at if they were on the road. Lush green river banks of grass feature throughout, with amenities that are kept the cleanest I've seen of any park. They go the extra mile and clean twice a day instead of once a day that's more common elsewhere. But the patron want to keep the park clean too, mostly because we've been coming here for like twenty years no joke and know how special it is. It's friendly and family orientated, with mini golf, bocce, Tennis, Table Tennis, TV room / lounge great pondage to walk or ride around with playgrounds and Bike tracks and parks, skate park, fishing and that's just for starters. That's just at your fingertips. As a base you can travel all over the High Country, visit fantastic towns nearby, bike ride to Falls Creek or or Bogong Village and enjoy that gorgeous stroll around the power station and through the damn wall. Im not making this up, but this is a lovely park and that is a reflection of those that own the park from Mum and Dad who now prowl the park helping out, to the sons and their partners and kids who run the park today. Easter egg hunts, Pancake Sunday, Talent show at Easter, it's all happening. My wife and i have 4 kids now, 5/8/11/14 and having travelled the world over literally, they still think the world would come to an end if we EVER decided we could get to Mt. Beauty at Easter for the entire week. The gorgeous smell of wood and open fires lighting up the skyline at night, to the fantastic steaming hot showers that are just sooo good. The memories are gold - and that's what life all about. Good luck getting a site... because it won't be ours :)
